Activate the alarm switch located at the back of the base to commence a realistic and responsive intubation practice session.

Detailed Oral Cavity Intubation Guide

1. Preparation Steps

A. Confirm the laryngoscope is functional; the headlight should illuminate when properly connected to the handle.

B. Inspect the ductus cuff by injecting air with a syringe to check for leaks, then deflate it completely.

C. Apply lubricant with a soft cloth to the front of the ductus and the cuff surface for smooth insertion.

D. Carefully lubricate the intratrachea using a brush with lubricant to ensure ease of practice.

2. Position the model supine, extend the head back, and elevate the neck to align the mouth, pharynx, and trachea.

3. Stand to the side of the model's head, using your left hand to hold the laryngoscope. Achieve a right angle with the laryngoscope and larynx, embedding the lens at the tongue's root. Gently lift the laryngoscope to view and position it at the epiglottis-tongue joint, revealing the glottis.

4. Once the glottis is visible, gently guide the ductus with your right hand into the glottis. Insert approximately 1 cm, then employ a 'clockwise and counter-clockwise circumvolve' motion: about 4 cm for adults and 2 cm for children.

5. Secure a tooth support alongside the ductus before carefully removing the laryngoscope.

6. Attach the resuscitator to the ductus and inflate to ensure proper airway functionality.

7. If the ductus is correctly placed in the trachea, inflation will result in lung expansion; if placed in the esophagus, inflation will cause stomach expansion with an audible beep.

8. Secure the ductus and tooth support in place once the ductus is confirmed in the trachea.

9. Use a syringe to inflate the cuff, sealing the ductus against the trachea wall to prevent air leaks and the backflow of fluids during inhalation.

10. Prior to removing the ductus, deflate the cuff using a syringe.

11. Incorrect laryngoscope use causing pressure on teeth will trigger an audible warning beep.

Step-by-Step Nasal Intubation Guide

Insert the ductus vertically into the nostril, advancing it through the nasal passage to the pharynx. Use your left hand to manipulate the laryngoscope, expose the glottis, and continue guiding the ductus into the glottis with your right hand. Subsequent steps mirror those of oral intubation.

Regular Maintenance and Care Instructions

1. After each session, thoroughly clean the ductus and cuff with a soft cloth to remove any lubricant residues.

2. Clean the torso using mild soap and water; avoid submerging it in any kind of liquid.

3. Operate only on a clean surface. Keep away from markers, ink pens, acetone, iodine, and any staining substances to maintain the model's integrity.

4. Regularly check the batteries if the warning beep is malfunctioning, and replace them as necessary.

5. To guarantee the enduring quality of your Trachea Intubation Training Model, it is essential to clean the torso after each training session. Additionally, conduct a regular and thorough inspection to ensure everything is in top condition.

6. Properly store the Trachea Intubation Training Model between teaching sessions to maintain its pristine condition and ready-to-use state.
