Training Content :
1) Mastery of trachea intubation procedure via the oral cavity.
2) Thorough observation of pupil conditions, including normal and mydriasis states.
3) Accurate guidance on thyrocricoid puncture positioning.
Operation Method :
1) Position yourself beside the model's head. Tilt the head upwards approximately 80 degrees to align the mouth, pharynx, and trachea. Proceed to open the mouth.
2) With your left hand, hold the laryngoscope vertically against the throat, directing it along the back of the tongue to the mouth cavity, reaching the tongue root. Elevate the laryngoscope slightly upon sighting the epiglottis edge, and guide the laryngoscope's front-end between the epiglottis and tongue root. Elevate further to reveal the glottis.
3) Using your right hand, correctly position the catheter into the glottis. At 1cm from the glottis, the green light will illuminate accompanied by music, indicating correct placement. Rotate and deepen the catheter into the trachea by 3-4cm.
4) A red light and a beep indicate incorrect placement, signifying entry into the esophagus.

5) Secure a bite-block next to the trachea catheter, and ensure both the catheter and bite-block are fastened with adhesive plaster.
6) Properly inject air into the catheter sac using a syringe. In the absence of an automatic ball valve at the end of the air sac tube, apply a clamp.
7) The catheter can be connected to a respirator, allowing observation of lung inflation upon air sac compression.
