designed to secure the head and neck firmly in place on the Board or Stretcher.

This innovative device includes a universal attachment base, two head blocks with ear cut-outs, two robust head straps, and two immobilization straps.

The generously sized head blocks offer unparalleled support, while strategically placed ear holes enable seamless patient communication and monitoring.

The specially designed head and chin straps ensure the head remains securely stabilized in any situation.

Easily attaches to Spine boards or Stretchers using the immobilization straps alongside Hook and Loop straps.
