EMSS Scoop stretcher Head Immobilizer is universally compatible with Plastic Scoop stretcher and to secure the head and neck in position onto Stretcher.

It contains a universal attachment base, 2 head blocks with ear cut,2 durable head straps and 1 immobilization strap.            
                                                 
The extra-large head blocks provide maximum support, while the ear holes allow easy patient communication and monitoring.    
                                                        
The head and chin straps hold the head securely in place.

Attaches to Scoop Stretchers with immobilization straps and Hook and Loop straps.
